The Role

This is an on-site position as a Job Coach in Moora, assisting in changing people's lives for the better.

As a Job Coach, your role will be to guide clients towards job-readiness that enable opportunities for employment once they are ready for work. You will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients onsite Monday to Friday to provide support for a sustainable career.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.

You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all seeking to have an impact in the diversity and inclusion space.

Qualifications

No previous employment services experience necessary – we value enthusiasm and the right attitude. Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Happiness and confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confidence working to KPIs;
