Senior Technical Sales Specialist

As a Commercial Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's transition to cutting-edge technology.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic support to customers, helping us maintain our position as a world leader in specialized transmissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers at all levels.
- Analyze and manage internal forecasts, customer quotations, and orders, including leading customer communications.
- Support service activity by maintaining a comprehensive service schedule and advising customers on recommended part replacements.
- Manage customer projects throughout the business, using designated tools and processes to ensure timely order processing, engineering involvement, and project specification.
- Provide technical problem-solving services and answer customer enquiries within specified business sectors.
- Contribute to proposal development and costing processes.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build and develop relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using designated tools and processes.
