  • You will maintain accurate records of client progress, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and contractual requirements;
  • You will deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders, including clients, employers, and colleagues, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or a related field;
