Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Process and manage internal forecasts, customer quotations, and orders, including leading customer communications.
  • Support Buildshop service activity by maintaining an up-to-date service schedule and advising customers on recommended part replacements.
  • Manage customer projects throughout the business in a coordinated, focused, structured, and well-controlled manner.
  • Answer customer enquiries within specified business sectors.
  • Perform technical problem-solving, including reviewing car data.
  • Support new proposals in a structured and timely manner.
  • Provide input to the costing process on pricing and decide commercial terms.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
