We are an employment services provider working with Australians who require additional support across the nation.

We empower our clients to build better working lives by identifying their goals and aspirations, building skills and job-readiness, and supporting them through interviews and into employment.

We also work with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met.

  • You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.
The Position

This is a position where you will guide clients towards job-readiness that enables opportunities for employment once they are ready for work.

You will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients onsite Monday to Friday to provide support for a sustainable career.

  • As a Coach, your role will involve encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Qualifications

No previous employment services experience necessary – we value enthusiasm and the right attitude

  • Experience in customer service or a client facing role
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working to Key Performance Indicators;
  • An overall desire to be part of our broader family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive;
