About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Job Coach.

In this rewarding role, you will be working one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career.

As a Job Coach, you will be at the forefront of our services, helping clients identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Client Support
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • Providing exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders throughout the process.

You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals-focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds.

No previous employment services experience is necessary - we value enthusiasm and the right attitude.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a client-facing role, be happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders, and be confident working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service or client-facing experience;
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds;
  • Confidence in working to KPIs;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
