Job Title: Ward Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ward Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong administrative experience in a healthcare setting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the ward, coordinating patient services and clerical functions as directed by the Nurse Manager and Associate Nurse Manager team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to ensure positive patient experiences.
  • Coordinate effective communication and liaison with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and highly developed customer service skills.
  • Strong administrative experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
