Store Experience Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Refit Team as a Store Experience Improvement Specialist.

The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to manage refit works in new, renewal, and partner projects across NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review costs and efficiencies to ensure budgets are met and improved
  • Implement changes to store layouts to improve sales performance and support business growth strategy
  • Complete cost and budget analysis and implementation
  • Improve shopping experience through best practice execution of renewals and new stores
  • Ensure safety is prioritised in planning and implementation of all work

Requirements:

  • Experience working in supermarkets, ideally within groceries at a Department Manager level / 2IC or similar
  • Understanding of planograms and their implementation on projects
  • Flexibility for early starts and travel as required in the role
  • Proactive approach and good problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team
