**About the role**
As a Refit Coordinator, you will work with all relevant stakeholders to manage the refit works in New, Renewal & Partner Projects across NSW.
What you'll do:
- Review costs and efficiencies and provide input to ensure CODB budgets are met and improved
- Implement changes to store layouts to improve and maximise the sales performance of a store to support the business growth strategy
- Complete costs and budget analysis and implementation
- Improve the shopping experience with best practice in execution of renewals and new stores including continual focus on the customer needs
- Ensure safety always has a priority position in planning and implementation of all work
- Manage external teams as well as assisting store teams to ensure a harmonious and effective working environment.
- Liaise with Construction, Macro space, Renewal team, Commercial Teams and Store Operations as required.
- Ensure minimum disruption to customers throughout any renewal or partner project.
- Administer, develop and control the systems and procedures relating to Refit team member performance on store relays, considering minimum disruption to the customer
- Develop a strategy to facilitate continuous improvement
- Manage the ordering ,staging & installation of the ESL (Electronic Shelf Labels) in all approved projects
**About you**
We're looking for an experienced professional who is interested in progressing their career in the refit space.
We're also looking for:
- Experience working in supermarkets, ideally within groceries at a Department Manager level / 2IC or similar
- An understanding of planograms and their implementation on projects
- Flexibility for early starts and travel as required in the role
- A proactive approach and good problem solving skills
- An ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication skills
- An interest in improving the way we do things, as there is always room for innovation
- Ability to travel throughout NSW & ACT (when required)
