Corporate Affairs Advisor Opportunity

Ampersand International is seeking a skilled Corporate Affairs Advisor to support the implementation of engagement strategies and enhance brand reputation across all stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communications strategies to support business objectives
  • Support the preparation of communications materials, including press releases, op-eds, and EDM newsletters
  • Develop digital and social corporate communications
  • Manage media relations and daily/weekly media reports
  • Support the development of corporate collateral and site visits for key stakeholders
  • Assist with website and digital asset management, including social media channels
  • Enhance the organisation's social license to operate in local communities
  • Implement sponsorships, donations, and local school engagement strategies
  • Plan and deliver external corporate events and functions
  • Support the management of external service providers
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in corporate affairs, communications, stakeholder engagement, or government relations
  • Proven experience working with media stakeholders and local community representatives
  • Demonstrated understanding of government, including collaboration and engagement opportunities
  • Strategically minded and energetic with a positive approach to delivering projects and priorities
  • Able to anticipate issues and manage risks to reputation
