Advanced Regional Trauma Care Specialist

You will work in a high-acuity Emergency Department, leading a dedicated multidisciplinary team and contributing to the ongoing development of a regional trauma service.
- Provide high-quality specialist emergency medical care to patients in a busy regional ED.
- Deliver clinical leadership during shifts to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor Registrars, Junior Medical Officers, and medical students.
- Collaborate with other specialists and support out-of-hours coverage.
- 36-bed Emergency Department with designated regional trauma service and diverse case mix.
- State-of-the-art resuscitation bays and negative pressure isolation cubicles.
- Dedicated Fast Track area and Short Stay Unit with excellent facilities.
- Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine.
- Current Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated leadership, teaching, and supervision experience.
- Commitment to delivering best practice, patient-centred emergency care.
