Job Description:

Clinical Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a medical technology company that supplies allograft technology for surgical use. Their vision is to provide unique and innovative regenerative products for trauma, orthopaedics, and reconstructive therapy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical support in theatre and for nursing and surgical hospital staff
  • Organising and providing regular education/inservicing to nurses, registrars, and other relevant healthcare professionals
  • Working with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for product growth

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a clinical specialist role within the devices industry or an allied health professional with experience in orthopaedics or trauma
  • Excellent customer engagement, strong technical aptitude, and great teamwork
  • A passion for providing the best possible care and service for patients

You will be passionate about working in a challenging environment where you will engage with multiple stakeholders who prioritise patient care.
