We are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Trauma & CMF team in Melbourne.
As a Clinical Specialist, you will work closely with Product Specialists to provide clinical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons during surgeries. You will be the subject matter expert on our Trauma & CMF products and required to provide in-service training to nursing staff and troubleshoot technical issues.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons in the operating theatre during surgeries
- Act as the subject matter expert on our Trauma & CMF products
- Provide in-service training to nursing staff
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic or Paramedicine etc.)
- Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment and the ability to work out-of-hours on a rotating on-call roster
- Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused
- Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, and is organised with good time management skills
