Trauma Recovery Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Trauma Recovery Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing therapeutic services for children and young people who have suffered trauma, neglect, and disrupted attachment.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Residential Care team to facilitate reflective practice and build knowledge of therapeutic parenting strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical assessment, consultancy, and therapeutic support to our Therapeutic Residential Care program.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans with clients and care teams, with clear goals reviewed regularly.
- Collaborate with clients and care teams to achieve agreed goals within a specified time frame.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality direct service in complex clinical assessments and treatment of children, young people, and families.
- A high degree of self-discipline with the ability to provide targeted clinical services within strict timeframes.
