Marketing Manager Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, driving growth, and creating impactful campaigns that resonate in the market.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and executing our social media strategy, building regular and effective online engagement. You'll also collaborate with Sales on campaign planning and design targeted campaigns to support lead and sales targets.

You will create detailed quarterly marketing plans that align to our annual goals, targets, and marketing strategy. Your primary goal is to drive growth through innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage our social media strategy to increase online engagement
  • Collaborate with Sales on campaign planning and design targeted campaigns
  • Create detailed quarterly marketing plans that align to our annual goals, targets, and marketing strategy
  • Write high-quality content for communication programs, website content, case study materials, awards entries, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing programs to provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing activity
  • Analyze industry and competitor insights to identify new marketing campaign opportunities
  • Work closely with product teams to understand the product roadmap, identify marketing campaign opportunities, and project plan key product launches and updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth through innovative marketing solutions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
