About The Role

This role supports stakeholders by developing best practice marketing strategies and go-to market plans. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team, media and creative agencies to be accountable for end-to-end campaign development, reporting & optimisation across a wide range of channels to achieve the shared business objective - acquiring more customers.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute residential marketing campaigns to achieve sales and net customer position objectives, ensuring integration across all business aspects. They will manage campaigns through integrated communication channels, optimizing performance and handling administrative requirements.

Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate and approve feedback on marketing materials. Generate business reports, brief stakeholders, and act as the communications and brand guardian, ensuring consistency in the market.

This role involves working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, digital teams, and front-line sales teams to drive sales targets and integrate campaigns. Developing and executing local area campaigns is crucial to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification and demonstrated experience within marketing communications are essential.
  • Previous marketing acquisition experience in either B2C or B2B is required.
  • Exposure to above the line and digital media, as well as digital media optimisation, is necessary.
  • Experience in an agency or retail environment is desirable.

The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication and influencing skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders at strategic and operational levels and form strong partnerships across various business units.
