Head of Growth and Marketing
to lead the transformation of its marketing function as the company enters its next growth phase. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who sees themselves as a mini CMO, with ample scope to grow into a larger strategic role as the company scales.
Responsibilities
Own the full marketing funnel—from customer acquisition to platform engagement—and build a lean, high-output team.
Reimagine the marketing function in your own terms and drive execution across channels and initiatives.
Evaluate current infrastructure, implement the right tech stack, and deliver a 2026 marketing strategy aligned with product, commercial, and customer growth goals.
Qualifications
Hands-on growth and performance marketing leader with experience scaling marketing functions in fast-paced startups.
Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
Experience from high-growth companies; Australia-based preferred; thrives in lean environments.
Based in Melbourne (or open to relocating).
Self-sufficient problem solver with a track record of successfully scaling marketing functions and a deep understanding of performance marketing in the digital age.
