Director of Growth Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling B2C and/or B2B marketing in a high-growth environment.
The successful individual will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing roadmap, leading a high-performing team, and optimizing campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, SEO, partnerships, and more.
This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of scaling marketing programs to achieve significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the marketing roadmap aligned to company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and data teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience scaling B2C and/or B2B marketing in a high-growth environment.
- Deep fluency in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, and demand generation.
- Strategic thinking prowess and strong leadership skills.
- Track record of scaling marketing programs to achieve significant revenue growth.
