Support Coordinator Role

We are seeking experienced Support Coordinators who are looking for a new opportunity. As part of our exponential growth, we aim to empower participants to pursue their dream life.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated solid experience in case management / Support Coordination, working with people with chronic and persistent mental illness
  • Certificate IV in mental health or equivalent
  • Ability to independently plan, manage and organize own workload in a complex environment
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High level problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills
Technical Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration
  • Certificate IV in Community Services / Mental Health
  • Working With Children Check
  • Police Check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate

This role involves regular liaison with affiliated services, key stakeholders, and the mental health first aid team. A highly personable, accountable, and optimistic problem solver will succeed in this role.
