BaptistCare seeks a skilled Allied Health Professional to join our team and deliver life-transforming care.

This role will focus on developing holistic support plans that incorporate preventative and re-ablement strategies for clients, as well as delivering discipline-specific interventions to engage and empower them.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified Allied Health Professional (Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist) with current registration
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in community aged care services
  • Experience with multidisciplinary teamwork and innovative service provision
  • Advanced clinical reasoning skills and ability to operate autonomously with minimal direct supervision
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models
