Detailed job description:
- The role of a holistic care specialist involves delivering high-quality, individualized care services to participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting participants with daily life activities, including personal care and domestic tasks.
- Monitoring chronic conditions and providing high-level social and emotional support.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as an RN.
- Proven experience in personal care, medication management, and manual handling.
- A valid Working with Children's Check.
- Current first aid certification and current CPR certification.
- A current driver's license and registration.
- Eligible working rights in Australia.
- Ability to work a 7-day roster, including shifts on mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
