Senior Human Resources Business Partner

This is a 12-month fixed term contract position that will join our dynamic ANZ business. The successful candidate will partner with several diverse business teams across Australia and New Zealand.


About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our senior leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support our goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Business Partnering for up to four senior leaders across a diverse range of portfolios.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support our goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management programs, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across the business.
