Job Description

We are seeking a Human Capital Partner to collaborate with our leadership team and drive strategic initiatives that positively impact employee engagement, organisational performance, and volunteer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong generalist expertise, be adept at advising senior leaders, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Foster collaborative relationships with managers to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Advisory Support: Provide timely, practical advice on employee and volunteer-related matters within a shared service model.
  • Capability Building and Coaching: Equip managers with the necessary tools and knowledge to confidently manage employee and volunteer engagement, development, and performance.
  • Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on projects and initiatives that enhance manager experience and workforce outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree qualification in HR, Business, or Psychology, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Understanding of volunteer management principles and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and compliance frameworks.
