Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Export Document Officer to join our team at Tronox. As a key member of our APAC trade operations team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating export documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate export documentation, including preparing and processing shipping documents, customs forms, and other trade-related paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Incoterms, payment terms, and applicable banking charges.
- Develop a thorough understanding of SAP and its impact on other systems and users within the company.
- Coordinate internal and external audit readiness, ensuring that all necessary documentation and records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Responsible for generating shipping or relevant documents for customers.
- High level of motivation, adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
- Highly developed administration and MS Office Suite skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Embraces teamwork and team-oriented personality who can also work independently.
This role is based at our Henderson Site, approximately 30 minutes south of Perth CBD. We offer a compressed 9-day fortnight, with every second Friday off. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
