Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Fertilisers customer service team as a Seasonal Customer Service Officer. As a key interface between our business and customers, you will be responsible for providing professional customer sales, service, and support to all parties that interact with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound telephone enquiries and bookings
  • Scheduling and coordinating logistics associated with product despatch using our relevant systems
  • Providing after hours on-call support to customers (if required)
  • Prioritising your safety, and the safety of others in all practices
  • Working rotating shifts to meet seasonal demands, including afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • High level of attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Experience using computerised sales systems and proficient in MS Office applications
  • High level of problem solving capability and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work
