We are a fully integrated titanium minerals producer and pigment manufacturer, with operations across Australia. Our mineral sands are extracted and processed into valuable products, including ilmenite, zircon, rutile, and titanium dioxide pigment, which are then exported to international markets.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly efficient and dynamic APAC Export Document Officer to join our team at Tronox on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is based at our Henderson Site, approximately 30 minutes' drive south of Perth CBD.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a key communications link to customers, using knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion, functioning independently within authorized limits.
  • Serve as the communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
  • Track order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
  • Expedite the delivery of selected orders.
  • Develop a working knowledge of SAP and a thorough understanding of the impact on other systems and users within the company.
  • Coordinate internal and external audit readiness.
  • Be comfortable, positive, and calm with difficult customers.
  • Work with some level of independence and efficiency in time management.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop new skills and solve problems creatively.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Incoterms, Payment terms, and applicable banking charges.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Letters of Credit terms and documentation.
  • Thoroughly understand Month End Closure process and requirements.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Credit, Debit, Rebate, and commission processes.
  • Investigate and obtain a resolution of customer complaints and issues.
  • Responsible for generating shipping or relevant documents for customers.

  • High level of motivation, adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Highly developed administration and MS Office Suite skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Embraces teamwork and a team-oriented personality who can also work independently.
