Service Design Lead for Customer Experience

Talenza, a leading staffing agency, is seeking a highly skilled Service Designer to join their team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end service design processes, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation, with a focus on improving customer journeys and service delivery.

This is a short-term contract opportunity until the end of January, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Design: Develop and implement service design strategies to enhance the overall customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies to understand user pain points, motivations, and needs.
  • Journey Mapping: Create service blueprints, customer journey maps, personas, and other design artefacts to visualise the end-to-end service experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Service Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in service design, with a focus on customer experience.
  • Strong understanding of human-centred design principles and methodologies.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards for a Service Designer in Sydney.
