Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Digital Experience Designer - Customer Obsessed to join our team. As a key member of our design squad, you'll play a crucial role in defining and delivering world-class digital experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design human-centred experiences for our digital assets and products, ensuring seamless interactions and intuitive navigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and scrum teams, to run discovery workshops and research sessions, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes to test and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Influence stakeholder conversations around customer values through data-driven insights and analytics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing customer-facing digital products, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead UX research, customer interviews, user testing, and other design practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and customer-obsessed, with a passion for generating beautiful designs that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
