Overview

Microsoft's Small, Medium, and Corporate (SMC) and Digital Sales (DS) organization is dedicated to empowering customers through the unique value of the Microsoft cloud. As a Business Program Manager within this organization, you will contribute to enhancing regional sales accountability and driving pipeline growth by developing Asia-wide customer and partner business sales.

As a trusted advisor, you will leverage internal and external relationships to advise complex customers and partners on domain expertise. You will drive customer and partner business initiatives, contributing to customer strategy discussions and anticipating changes to drive influence around the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Program Planning and Design: Understand overall business goals, identify current program risks, and design compliant programs from initiation to delivery.
  • Customer and Partner Focus: Leverage internal and external relationships as a trusted advisor, driving customer and partner business initiatives.
  • Business Program Excellence and Execution: Execute on landing communication plans for customer and partner events, leading the rhythm of the Quarterly Impact Report.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field, with 6+ years of work experience in program management, process management, or equivalent experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.
