Marketing Automation Specialist

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day marketing campaigns across the student communications journey. The successful candidate will oversee campaign data, develop and enhance marketing automations, collaborate with the communications team to design journey flows, and conduct testing and reporting on automation and campaign performance.

To be successful in this position, you will need to manage campaign data for current and prospective student communications, ensuring accuracy and relevance. You will also develop and enhance marketing automations, including identifying new requirements and future improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee campaign data for current and prospective student communications, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Develop and enhance marketing automations, including identifying new requirements and future improvements
  • Collaborate with the communications team to design journey flows, segmentation strategies, and prospect pathways
  • Conduct testing and reporting on automation and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Support internal stakeholders, including managing platform updates and assisting with IT and Salesforce-related requests
Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications in a marketing or business discipline are highly desirable
  • Experience with using CRM data is essential
  • Experience with complex data structures is advantageous
  • Experience in Business Analytics or Functional Analytics is highly beneficial
