Job Title: Marketing Automation Manager

Are you a seasoned marketing automation professional seeking a new challenge? Look no further We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the technical delivery of marketing automation and CRM integration projects. As the go-to expert on marketing automation data integrations and Martech systems, you will partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that streamline processes and unlock business value through technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical delivery of marketing automation and CRM integration projects
  • Consult on, scope, and deliver new Martech solutions and enhancements
  • Build and evolve audience and data strategies to improve customer engagement
  • Ensure automation platforms and dataflows operate effectively and efficiently
  • Manage reporting, budgets, and optimisation to improve ROI
Requirements:
  • 6+ years' experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, APIs, web services, and client-side languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Proven experience leading CRM integration and implementation projects
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and engaging teams
