Marketing Promotions Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Promotions Specialist to join our team at Kogan. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and driving business growth through effective marketing campaigns and promotional content.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate campaigns from briefing to collateral creation and final execution.
- Create compelling promotional content for Kogan, Dick Smith, and Matt Blatt brands.
- Manage end-to-end promotional processes across multiple channels (email, mobile, website, social media, SMS).
- Develop campaign briefs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Support the Marketing Promotional Planner in delivering the promotional calendar.
- Create, proofread, and implement accurate website and marketing content.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Purchasing teams, and external partners to develop effective marketing materials.
- Share ideas and collaborate on strategies to enhance communication channels.
- Proactively identify innovative marketing promotions to maintain industry leadership.
- Monitor and report on email campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications or similar).
- Demonstrated experience working in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field in end-to-end campaign management.
- Genuinely interested in email campaigns, EDMs with practical experience to support. If you have some exposure or experience in HTML email templates and CMS systems, that's a bonus.
- Comfortable working within the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop.
- Focused on attention to detail and pride yourself on an exceptional eye.
- Have developed exceptional time management skills, being able to effectively manage multiple projects and timelines successfully.
