About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in the Leisure Marketing team, supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across the RACV Resorts portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing communications plans, including campaign briefs and creative assets.
  • Coordinate content shoots and production of promotional materials, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Support Marketing Managers and Consultants in executing marketing campaigns, including writing promotional copy and developing collateral.
  • Build strong relationships with RACV Resorts teams and resort managers, providing a central point of contact for marketing needs.
  • Track campaign progress, optimize and refine as necessary, and report performance across lead indicators.
  • Demonstrate creative excellence and generate effective outcomes across all communication mediums.
  • Manage the leisure marketing inbox and brand hub approvals.
  • Deliver campaigns on time and on budget, ensuring campaign targets are met.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or campaign coordination, including through-the-line mediums.
  • Good understanding of consumer marketing, with Leisure specialism an advantage.
  • Strong campaign development and execution skills, with experience across a range of marketing channels.
  • High level of stakeholder management experience.
  • Displays resilience, nimbleness, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and adaptive, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Effective communicator, credible, and naturally inquisitive.
  • Can simplify complexity.
  • Travel industry experience an advantage.
