About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Promotions Specialist to join our team at Kogan. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Campaign Management
    • Coordinate campaigns from briefing to collateral creation and final execution.
    • Develop compelling promotional content for Kogan, Dick Smith, and Matt Blatt brands.
    • Manage end-to-end promotional processes across multiple channels.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution
    • Develop campaign briefs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
    • Support the Marketing Promotional Planner in delivering the promotional calendar.
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Create, proofread, and implement accurate website and marketing content.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Purchasing teams, and external partners to develop effective marketing materials.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Monitor and report on email campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications or similar)
    • Demonstrated experience working in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field in end-to-end campaign management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Genuinely interested in email campaigns, EDMs with practical experience to support.
    • Comfortable working within the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop.
    • Focused on attention to detail and pride yourself on an exceptional eye.
    • Have developed exceptional time management skills, being able to effectively manage multiple projects and timelines successfully.
