Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate campaigns from briefing to execution, ensuring seamless delivery of promotional content across multiple channels.
  • Develop compelling promotional content for Kogan, Dick Smith, and Matt Blatt brands, aligning with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end promotional processes, including email, mobile, website, social media, and SMS, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Purchasing teams, and external partners to develop effective marketing materials and strategies.
  • Proactively identify innovative marketing promotions to maintain industry leadership and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and report on email campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • University Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end campaign management, with a focus on email campaigns and EDMs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, and experience with HTML email templates and CMS systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
