About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in the Leisure Marketing team, supporting the development and delivery of the strategic marketing plan across the Leisure portfolio. This includes proposition development, marketing strategy development and optimisation, and Member and customer engagement/utilisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing communications plans and briefs, ensuring appropriate sign-off from relevant parties.
  • Coordinate the production of creative and promotional offer elements, ensuring compliance with marketing workflow tool.
  • Support Marketing Managers and Marketing Consultants in executing marketing communications, including writing promotional offer copy.
  • Develop collateral to support the leisure portfolio, with a focus on RACV Resorts.
  • Build strong relationships with RACV resorts teams and resort managers, providing a central point of contact for their marketing needs.
  • Track campaign progress and communications, continually optimising and refining, and reporting performance across lead indicators on a weekly basis.
  • Demonstrate creative excellence and generate effective outcomes across all communication mediums.
  • Manage the leisure marketing inbox and brand hub approvals.
  • Deliver campaigns on time and on budget, ensuring campaign targets are met.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing/Campaign coordination, including through-the-line mediums.
  • Good understanding of consumer marketing, with Leisure specialism an advantage.
  • Strong campaign development and execution skills, with experience across a range of marketing channels.
  • High level of stakeholder management experience.
  • Displays resilience, nimbleness, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and adaptive.
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Effective communicator, credible, and naturally inquisitive.
  • Can simplify complexity.
  • Travel industry experience an advantage.
