About the Role

This position is responsible for delivering high-quality coordinated support to various systems, mediums and tools.

You will be working in a small team with tight timelines, identifying and responding quickly to customer needs, collaborating to achieve best outcomes for the team and our customers.

The successful candidate will have impeccable communication skills, be analytical, organised, and a natural problem solver. You will enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, and providing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support and streamlining content delivery using Microsoft Word and Adobe Forms.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve best outcomes for the team and our customers.
  • Identifying and responding quickly to customer needs.
  • Building trusting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Providing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent skill, knowledge and experience.
  • Experience providing coordination, administration and customer service activities to assist business functions supporting the creation, management and publication of content, knowledge and information.
  • Demonstrated ability to use corporate business/office information and communications technology and systems for activities such as records/data management and uploading content to share programs/web.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
