Healthcare Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Plena Healthcare.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our clients in Residential Aged Care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of physiotherapy services in accordance with Plena Healthcare's operating procedures and policies.
- Support the implementation of treatment plans for clients, under the direction of physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
- Transport clients to and from therapy sessions, set up and pack away equipment, and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Run exercise groups and programs, and support initiatives to meet client and contract expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Cert III Allied Health Assistant or equivalent qualification.
- Australian working rights and willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check.
- Healthcare knowledge, time management, and accountability skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
