
Distributor Success Specialist

This permanent role acts as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and execution. As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will drive distributor and customer partnerships by providing tools, training, resources, and strategic guidance to maximise performance and revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for distributors and customers, enhancing their product knowledge and increasing adoption rates.
- Create and maintain high-quality training materials, product guides, and sales enablement content that effectively communicates key messages and showcases the value proposition.
- Conduct regular training sessions and webinars to keep stakeholders informed and skilled in the latest products, services, and best practices.
- Monitor distributor and customer performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with distributors and customers to develop action plans for growth, leveraging data analysis and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide distributors with sales tools, marketing collateral, and competitive insights that enhance their ability to sell and support our products.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all distributor channels, maintaining a unified brand image and protecting our reputation.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns within the network, driving awareness and interest among target audiences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor inquiries and support, providing timely and effective assistance to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
- Foster strong relationships through regular communication and strategic planning, building trust and credibility with key partners and stakeholders.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, training, channel management, or partner management, preferably in technology or industrial B2B sectors.
- A proven track record of achieving business outcomes and managing partner relationships, demonstrating your ability to drive growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across regions, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands to achieve business objectives.
- A willingness to travel as required, supporting the needs of our global distribution network and ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services.
