The Role

A Digital Transformation Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to clients, working closely with stakeholders to understand pain points and craft customised digital strategies. This role requires exceptional customer experience delivery, driving revenue growth by meeting sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative partnership for clients, building trust and long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Pursue new business opportunities, identifying potential revenue streams and developing strategic plans.
  • Facilitate workshops to map client journeys, identify areas for improvement, and deliver tailored strategies and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, participate in networking events, and represent the company at industry conferences to build brand visibility.
  • Develop and present digital experience solutions, focusing on platforms such as DXP, CMS, and other enterprise-level technologies.
  • Guide clients through complex digital transformations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital trends, helping clients stay ahead of industry shifts and emerging technologies.
  • Deliver on portfolio revenue targets and drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a hybrid role of Account Director and/or Management/Digital Strategy Consultant, ideally from a similar environment - Digital Agency or like.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with a focus on long-term relationship building and value creation.
  • Experience with digital experience solutions (DXP, CMS) and a deep understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience strategies.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas while providing strategic advisory services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, capable of developing actionable roadmaps that align with clients' goals.
