We're looking for someone with expertise in fabrics and fibres, paired with insight into emerging textile technologies, sustainability, and industry trends. You'll lead the development of innovative Bedding & Bath ranges that excite customers and align with business goals.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for Bedding & Bath that aligns with the broader product strategy
  • Develop and deliver product ranges that surprise and delight customers
  • Achieve sales, gross margin, and stock turn targets
  • Research and identify new product and promotional opportunities to stay ahead of market trends
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive product range in line with style and trend plans
  • Analyse sales data to determine product needs, category performance, and markdown strategies
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure innovation, best pricing, quality, and value
  • Ensure supplier agreements and compliance are effectively managed
  • Maintain and communicate accurate product data to key stakeholders
  • Deliver promotional calendar plans and manage stock performance
  • Deliver strong workforce planning that enables all direct reports to consistently deliver on their key outcomes
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in product development, buying, or merchandising
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fabrics and fibres while being up to date with emerging textile technologies, sustainability, and industry trends
  • Proven ability to analyse sales performance and make data-driven product decisions
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities across teams
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
