Innovative Product Development Manager

This is a pivotal position where you will oversee the development, promotion and support of innovative conversational AI solutions.
As a seasoned professional with a strong technical understanding of software and hardware technologies, infrastructure, and cloud services, you will drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap that meets customer needs and market demands.
- Define user personas and customer requirements to inform product development.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
- Review and prioritize product features to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure product development meets quality standards.
- Continuously monitor product performance through key metrics and feedback to drive data-driven decision-making.
- At least 3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on technology and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience (optional).
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and build relationships.
- Solid technical understanding of software and hardware technologies, infrastructure, and cloud services.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities and manage customer expectations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive business results.
