Senior Product Innovation Manager

As a Product Development Lead, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a new consumer household appliance from concept implementation to launch and ongoing evolution.
About the Role- You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market, ensuring commercial and operational excellence.
- Define product visions and roadmaps based on customer needs, market insights, and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive product development and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to guarantee high-quality products and continuous improvement.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and plan for future enhancements or iterations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, product design, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer electronics/household appliance product development, product management, or similar technical roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex product projects from concept to market launch.
- Strong understanding of product design, manufacturing, and delivery processes.
- Experience working with external partners to develop and launch products.
- Commercial acumen and ability to balance customer needs with feasibility and delivery constraints.
- Results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
