Our Positive Behaviour Support Model encompasses the multidisciplinary expertise of behaviour specialists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists to understand the drivers of behaviours from a communication, sensory, and environmental perspective.
About the Role
- Support clients to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
- Identify meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework, with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community.
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
- Ensure individual plans reflect our clients' goals, passions, and strengths.
- Build the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support our clients - family, carers, friends, etc.

About You
- Current suitability (i.e. registration) with the NDIS Commission as a behaviour specialist OR considerable experience providing support to people with challenging behaviours.
- Demonstrated ability to work positively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident computer skills.
- Flawless writing skills.
- Current Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle.
