Job Opportunity: Senior Soccer Coach We are seeking an experienced and passionate soccer coach to lead our junior teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions, mentoring junior coaches, and contributing to the growth of our football program. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement coaching programs for children aged 5-12
  • Mentor and support junior coaches to achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to achieve program objectives
  • Represent the organization at community events and conferences
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive culture among players
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership and ownership skills
 Requirements:
  • Valid accreditation as a soccer coach (FIFA or equivalent)
  • Strong passion for grassroots development and youth empowerment
  • Ability to motivate and inspire young players to reach their full potential
  • Energetic, reliable, and friendly personality
  • Availability to coach on weekends (8am-12pm) and weekdays during school terms
  • WWCC and First Aid Certification
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
