Operations & Staffing Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee store operations, team scheduling, and administrative tasks as our Operations Lead.

This role is a unique blend of 50% customer-facing and 50% administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting the store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Lead by example, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth store operations (50%).
  • Partner with the Leadership Team to provide hands-on support during peak trade.
  • Supervise customer service interactions, ensuring a world-class shopping experience.
  • Support the team with training, coaching, and day-to-day staffing needs.

Administrative & Operations Responsibilities:

  • Manage rosters, scheduling, and payroll administration to optimize staffing.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
  • Oversee cash audits, compliance, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on store performance, identifying and solving operational challenges.
