About the Role

This position is responsible for planning and coordinating the production cycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes for customers.

The Production Coordinator will be an expert in planning and scheduling, monitoring the manufacture of products through the plant's manufacturing process.

They will liaise with sales staff regarding current and pending orders, ensure efficient processing of customer sales orders, and optimize supplier performance.

The role requires excellent coordination and relationship-building skills, as well as administrative duties such as data population, report presentation, and ad-hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate production cycles to meet customer deadlines
  • Schedule and monitor product manufacture through the plant's manufacturing process
  • Liaise with sales staff on current and pending orders
  • Ensure efficient processing of customer sales orders
  • Optimize supplier performance and materials ordering
  • Perform administrative duties including data population, report presentation, and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with considerable experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is also required, along with experience in MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly to changing demands.
