Job Description

We are seeking an experienced planner to join our team at our WA Customer Service Centre in South Guildford. This role will be responsible for medium to long term planning and forecasting, ensuring full utilisation of the business's systems with reporting to predict and plan for demand changes.

This individual will work closely with the Planning & Scheduling Manager to prepare and facilitate Integrated Business Planning, including production planning, parts constraint issues, stock, contingencies, supply strategy & constraint recommendations, reviews of implemented strategies etc.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience with Business ERP systems
  • Strong expertise in planning and forecasting
  • Proficiency in equipment management systems (e.g., AMT, SAP) and planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smart Sheet, Primavera, Uptake)
  • Proven ability to train and develop individuals and teams, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solid background in formal project management processes
  • Advanced skills in time management, planning, and organization, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and priorities effectively
