  • Oversee governance, performance, upgrades, and licensing across martech platforms to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Connect CRMs, CDPs, analytics tools, and databases via REST/SOAP APIs to create a unified customer view.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations through robust data models and consent handling.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing automation, martech integration, and platform architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Acoustic, Marketo, Braze).
  • Advanced SQL queries and automation logic.
  • REST/SOAP API design and integration.
