The Role:

As a Marketing Growth Strategist, you will drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives across APAC (Australia and Singapore) through the implementation of advanced marketing automation tools, customer engagement platforms, and AI capabilities.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, campaign management, technology implementation, and customer experience, driving innovation in how we engage with customers across their journey.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative, and analytical candidate who can operate at both strategic and execution levels.

The candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the customer funnel and possess excellent project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success.

Key responsibilities include leading the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms, collaborating with marketing, tech, and product management to define requirements and develop integrated solutions.

You will also define and execute tactical and strategic plans toward the program vision and goals through efficient program, operations, and stakeholder management.

A day in the life involves collaborating with Product Marketers, Channel Managers, Business Intelligence, and peer marketing functions, transitioning from strategic planning to creative ideation to detailed execution.

We value teamwork and adaptability as workloads shift.

Requirements: 3+ years of program or project management experience; 3+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams; 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics; Bachelor's degree; Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL; Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.
